Frozen Yogurt Bark
Cool, creamy, and colorful! Freeze and break into pieces and enjoy. Makes about 6 to 8 pieces.

1/4 C chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mango work great!)
2 Tbsp granola
Optional: a drizzle of honey or mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Spread the yogurt evenly over the parchment—about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle chopped fruit and granola evenly over the yogurt.
Add any optional toppings like honey drizzle or chocolate chips.
Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
Pro Tips:
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer.
Let kids “decorate” their own bark with toppings before freezing!
Banana Sushi
Roll it, slice it, eat it like sushi—no chopsticks required... unless you’re feeling fancy!
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
1 8-inch tortilla
Optional: honey drizzle, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or crushed cereal
Instructions:
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread peanut butter evenly over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Place the banana near one edge of the tortilla.
Roll the tortilla around the banana.
Slice into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick, just like sushi.
Add optional toppings by gently pressing them into the cut sides or sprinkling them on top.
Pro Tips:
Use chopsticks to make it even more sushi-like.
For a fun flavor twist, try swapping the peanut butter with cream cheese and jam, or Nutella® and strawberries.
Apple Nachos
Crunchy, gooey, and sweet! Stack your apples with peanut butter, sprinkles, and anything else your snack-loving heart desires. Serves 2 to 3 kids.
Ingredients:
2 medium apples
2-3 Tbsp peanut butter (or almond/ sunflower seed butter)
2 Tbsp granola
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Optional: A drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, pretzel pieces, or extra sprinkles
Instructions:
Slice the apples into thin rounds or wedges and arrange them on a large plate.
Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds; it should be smooth and easy to pour.
Drizzle the peanut butter over the apple slices.
Sprinkle granola and chocolate chips on top.
Add any optional toppings.
Serve right away so the apples stay crisp!
Pro Tip:
To keep apples from browning, toss them in a bit of lemon juice before arranging.
Peanut Butter Power Balls
Chewy, nutty, and sweet—great for little hands and big snackers. Makes about 20 to 24 bites.
Ingredients:
1 C rolled oats
1/2 C mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 C ground flax seed
1/2 C crunchy peanut butter
1/3 C honey
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky, not dry.
If adding extra mix-ins, you may need to add a bit more peanut butter and honey to help bind.
Roll into 1-inch balls (about 2 bites each).
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate/freeze for 2 hours.
Transfer to an airtight container!
Pro Tips:
Store in the fridge for 1–2 weeks or freezer for up to 3 months.
To thaw: separate bites and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
Try rolling in cinnamon, shredded coconut, or crushed cereal for added texture!
